We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We can't deliver boards to PO boxes.
We pack and ship orders within two business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from our shop in Hood River, Oregon. Standard Ground delivery usually takes three to seven business days after shipping.
Shipping is priced by the weight of your order and shown at checkout before you pay:
As soon as your order ships you'll get an email with the carrier and tracking details, and you can follow your order from your account page.
If your package is lost, or arrives damaged, email hello@tango.rubiko.io within seven days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right, with a replacement or a refund.
Because we ship within the United States only, no customs duties apply. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.
