What we collect

• When you order: your name, email address, shipping address and order history
• When you use our forms: the details you enter (name, email and your message)
• When you browse: a cart cookie that remembers what's in your cart, and basic page-visit analytics

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.

How we use it

We use your information to process and ship orders, answer your questions, handle returns and warranty claims and, if you sign up, send our monthly newsletter. We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share your shipping address with our shipping carrier so they can deliver your order, and your payment details with Stripe so we can take payment. We don't share your information with anyone else except where the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for seven years for tax and warranty purposes. Contact form messages are kept for up to two years. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time with the link in any email.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@tango.rubiko.io. We'll respond within 30 days.
