Orders ship within two business days from Hood River, Oregon. Standard Ground takes three to seven business days within the United States. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order goes out.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is priced by weight: $7.95 for orders under 2 kg (apparel, accessories), $24.95 for orders between 2 and 6 kg (one board or bindings) and $39.95 above that. The total is shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Contact us if you'd like to be a dealer in another country.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused, unmounted boards and bindings and unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. See the refund policy for the full details.

What does the warranty cover?

Every Tango product has a one-year craftsmanship warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear, core shots or edge damage. Start a claim on the contact page.

Do you repair older boards?

Yes. We repair Tango boards of any age for the price of parts, including edge replacement, tip repair and base work. Send us a note and we'll tell you what it needs.

Will the Paso bindings fit my board?

Paso bindings fit all boards with standard 2x4 or 4x4 inserts, and boards with the channel system. They are compatible with Tango boards and most others.

How often should I wax my board?

Every four or five days on snow, or when the base starts to look dry and gray. Our Wax and Tune Kit has everything for a quick home tune.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as you can at hello@tango.rubiko.io with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll gladly change it or cancel it.
